Bernadette was very keen to help but also gave us the opportunity to discuss our options without any pressure. She offered us drinks and encouraged us to take our time. We were keen to visit this store due to being the closest one that had the bed frame available, and were made to feel welcome and relaxed. It is the first time purchasing high quality items and were pleased to have guidance on how best to choose from a wide range of products, such as with the mattress and pillows.

Colin was very friendly and efficient when I had questions and made the purchase.

Colin at the cumbernauld store was very attentive and knowledgeable. The process was really easy and with the added bonus of using the sleep pod to identify the right mattress for me. Colin was a great help and a credit to the store.
