The staff were very friendly and attentive, and got me what I was looking for quickly.

I've shopped other shops but always go back to dreams, The staff are always helpful and know their stuff and I never feel they harass you , like they do in other shops like bensons for beds , I would highly recommend Dreams if anyone is looking for a bed or sofa bed ,

All staff were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We had our sleeping positions monitored on the in-store state of the art bed! Which then gave various options of bed for my husband and I to try. We were also offered tea and coffee. overall an excellent experience.

Bernadette wasn't overly pushy when in the store - allowed us to have a look before being very helpful with a wide product knowledge. She also helped us find the best possible deal whilst maximising the quality and features we could get (e.g. ottoman bed storage). We felt she was looking to help us out on value as the previous bed I have has been causing back problems - she knew I was unable to spend too much money on a top of the range bed and helped us find a great deal on an ex display good quality memory foam mattress that will provide support. I felt she was vested in my needs and getting a good overall deal, with quick and efficient customer service.

Very professional and helpful

Bernadette, who served us, was polite efficient and very knowledgable about the products we were looking for. However, she was not ‘pushy’ and gave us space to look around and try out the mattresses and various pillows at our own leisure. There was plenty of choice at very reasonable prices. I will definitely be recommending this shop to my family and friends. Thank you
