Bernadette in store was so friendly and helpful, full of knowledge, and basically sold us the bed. We were so impressed with her knowledge, and we will def be back for future purchases.

A very good service from Colin from entering the store through to completion of my order I was able to use the sleep match machine which confirmed my support level and made my choice much easier and quicker I was also offered a pillow to try the mattresses and a cup of coffee.

Bernadette from the Cumbernauld branch was very polite, patient and knowledgeable. I feel like this helped me make the best decision on my purchase that day.

Your agent was extremely knowledgeable,patient and friendly as I tried nearly every recommended bed on the list several times. Never pushed for a sale, made me coffee, carried my coffee around whilst I tried the beds out. When I finally made my choice he made me another coffee while we sorted out the sale and delivery options. My flat has just been renovated and I still need 2 more beds. When I do decide to purchase beds for my other rooms I will definitely go back to the same sales agent as I know I won't be rushed or pushed into a sale.

The set up was ideal for a good wander around the products without being overwhelmed and ole ty space to be comfortable. I had no trouble at all getting assistance from Eric at the store, he was very polite, courteous and incredibly helpful. A really good staff member and very knowledgable about the products and he also gave me all the time I needed to make a final decision about what mattress to get and showed no signs of trying to push or hard sell me on anything which I greatly appreciated given I was spending over £1000.00 that day. Can’t wait for delivery of my new bed and mattress, am honestly over the moon with the bed frame especially. It totally suits exactly what I was looking for.

We came in over 3 days looking a a bed which in the end dudnt fit and Bernadette help us with sizes and ee managed to get a bed

I found the assistant very helpful and willing to discuss our needs during several store visit. She was able to support our decision and recommend matching products.
