Stephine approached us right away explained the process to us then gave us the time to look on our own. Once we knew what we wanted Stephanie then let us try all different beds to get the one which was right for us also let us try the tempor pillows which we then purchased. The overall experience was great and I would shop there again. Also think Colin should buy sweets for his staff lol. Thanks guys

No pressure to purchase although informative about products

My husband and I visited the store on Saturday 28th September as we were looking for a new bed and base. The sales person was extremely helpful and explained the Sleepmatch system to us for which we participated. This was brilliant as the result gave us 7 choices to choose from which made life easier. The process was very relaxing and the sales person was very informative. We had to leave and asked the sales person to provide the prices for three beds we had chosen. We returned to the store on Sunday 29th September to place our order as we had more time to do this. We did not consult another provider we were very happy with the Dreams experience.
