The sales person Eric was very helpful, approaching us when we entered the store and offering us to use the machine in store to determine what kind of mattress we needed. He showed us 6 or 7 and with this we settled on the best one, along with pillows and a duvet. He also gave us a small and very appreciated discount based on the size and expense of our order.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We used the machine and were given great advice on beds not just expensive once. Were were made to feel welcome and comfortable especially when trying the beds. Even pillows were provided
