We were very well assisted in using the mattress finder. We were then shown our options very efficiently. Eric was very polite and helpful. We would return to dreams in a heartbeat

visited the store next door first then went to dreams ,quickly withthe help of assistant found a like for like matress with large saving all done and dusted within 20 minutes

It was just a very straight forward experience. No pressure put on you by the staff. There is nothing worse than being bombarded with sales pitches from staff when you are looking at furniture. It was very relaxed and easy going.

Our sales assistant Bernadette was very helpful, explained the difference between products and wasn't in the least bit pushy. I felt it wasn't about how much we had to spend but more about what bed really suited our needs! Well done Bernadette and thank you for your help.
