As soon as I walked in Berny yelled across the shop! Exactly what I needed, she put me on the bed, gave me my once over to choose my mattress, never had that before and never really known what mattress was my favourite, now i do. We looked around a variety of beds and mattresses all based on the info asked for and given. A very pleasant shopping experience, much easier than piecing together umpteen items, just go see berny, she'll sort you out! Came home with a smile on my face, a little lighter in pocket, but happy to have got the best deal available and exactly what i wanted!!

great service only problem was the wrong house number was recorded on the delivery note. should have been delivered Saturday 12/12 /21 but because of the wrong house number (next door) the delivery had to be amended and it is now the 16/12/21. both houses are next to each other and why the delivery system could easily amend the correction I just don't know. could they just not change the house number and deliver on the agreed date for the Saturday as planned

My experience at Dreams was fantastic. I sometimes find these sort of purchases very intimidating as it can be hard to know exactly what you want - and in the case of a mattress - to own it for 8yrs. Bernadette, who assisted us, was very knowledgable, polite and understanding of our needs. She took on board all of our personal requirements and was able to find the perfect mattress for us. We used the analysis machine (sorry I can’t remember the name) to determine the best mattress for us. Each mattress we tried was covered with paper to ensure our safety. She provided us with a bottle of water and was considerate of the time my partner and I needed to discuss our purchase. We were in the store, no longer than 30 mins, and we left with a mattress that we are both SO excited to sleep on. We were even more thrilled that it will be delivered in less than a week of purchase. In regards to feeling anxious of a purchase, we decided to take out the cover plan, so we know that whatever happens - we will always have a bed to sleep on.

When I went in I was greeted with hello and can I help you,I said no and looked around found the bunk beds I was looking for however i needed assistance with the mattresses and from then the assistant was very helpful with showing us the product to taking our order.I’m going back to get a new double bed and pillows.
