The sales person was knowledgeable and understanding to what I was after

Stephanie was extremely professional she had a lovely friendly .manner and made you feel she understood exactly what you were needing to purchase.She had good product knowledge and explained everything really well and made you feel confident that you were making the right choice of purchase

We were initially approached by a very friendly staff member called Stephanie who subtly but effectively helped secure this sale. We had originally went into the store intending to buy a cheap replacement mattress only for my son's single bed and ended up leaving with a single bed and mulling over the idea of purchasing a new double bed and mattress for ourselves. Stephanie was knowledgeable but had the sense to give us appropriate space to browse. She offered us the opportunity to try the sleep system and guided us to the recommended mattresses. I must admit I am quite skeptical of these things but it did recommend firm mattresses which we did find tended to be the most comfortable for us compared to some others we had tried in store. She was knowledgeable in terms of the products without being pushy. It was for this reason we returned the next day. Unfortunately Stephanie was not working but we were well taken care of by a trainee named Bernie who was also very friendly and Eric who had such patience when we had a little technical problem with our transaction which ran into closing hours. However all was resolved and I would definitely recommend the service to anyone.

The members of staff were very helpful and knew what bed It was and recommended a good mattress for the bed i piked .

We were offered help almost immediately. The salesman was welcoming and made us feel at ease. We were given quick, easy to follow info about the product we were looking for and were not pressured into buying the most expensive brand. Was a very quick, easy and almost effortless visit from when we walked in, to purchase.

The advice and assistance provided by STEPHANIE was excellent. She took her time to offer detailed information on products, helped us find the perfect mattress within our budget with the assistance of the Sleep machine. The store was due to close but Stephanie did not rush us to make a decision and worked beyond the store closing time to ensure our order was processed. She was very knowledgeable provided excellent customer service and is a credit to Dreams!

From arriving to buying the bed, we were treated very well, with the offer for a drink, and the knowledge of bed and mattresses , buy the manager, was second to none. Definitely be back once needing another bed. Thanks

The shop assistant was very friendly, helpful,and explained all the different products to me. My husband and myself was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend the shop to my family and friends. We r thinking of buying a new bed and would certainly be back to visit the shop.
