It was so long since we last purchased a mattress that we did not know what to expect when making our choice. This was quickly and expertly delt with by the manager Eric and the total experience was excellent. And I would have no hesitation in recommending that Dreams branch to any of our friends.

Eric in the Cumbernauld store was fantastic. He couldn’t have been any more helpful. No sales pitch which I like just honest information and so knowledgeable.

The customer service was excellent with great product knowledge.

Eric certainly knew his products and just to make sure we used the new machine in store which confirmed it. We have always used Dreams and have recommended Dreams to numerous Friends & Family over the years, and will continue to do so. I look forward to my new Mattress arriving on Thursday :) Thanks again

From being insure as how to navigate the myriad of choices of beds available we were taken through the process by Eric the salesman in the store. Although I salesman I never at any point felt that was his primary focus it was ensuring that we were given explanations and choice. From the choices available we asked questions and defined for ourselves our 1st choice mattress. We left to contemplate the purchase and returned to resolve a few outstanding queries. Eric dealt with us professionally and on a number of occasions advised we were under no pressure to make a decision. He reassured us throughout the process and worked to ensure my wife's comfort which is paramount to me. Lastly he thanked us for our custom and given the choice available to us online I am glad we made the trip to decide in person as we were able to work it out with the helpful staff in store.

Stephanie at the Cumbernauld store was insanely helpful. Got us to do the bed test and then took us around the recommended mattresses. Spent loads of time with us and understood we had to go away for the day to discuss large purchase. Returned the next day and went through with the sale with her.

We were met by colin and he listened to our requirements and pointed us in the right direction. He was helpful informative and not pushy at all

We were in for a new bed for my disabled mum and the assistant Colin was amazing he was so helpful and accommodating , nothing was a bother to him . We would definitely recommend anybody to go , a pleasure to shop in the store
