I was assisted by Colin who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in providing all the information I needed to help me choose the right product.

Was impressed by the sleep technology telling me what was the best support for me.Service was really good and informative. Did go to two other shops to compare price,but decided to go back to dreams as bed I picked was better quality although I could have got a cheaper one else where

This was our third visit and on all three visits we were treated as special. We found your assistants knowledge was extensive. This prompted us to return to the store again.

Dreams colleague was extremely helpful upon arriving in the Cumbernauld branch. Set up the computer so we could determine which mattress was best suited to us both. Once it was established that a firm mattress was needed the colleague showed us which beds to try and gave us tempur pillows to try as well. He was most helpful and very knowledgeable.

Staff member gave us all of the information required. Did the computerised test and then helped us test the results as many times as we wanted without hard sell
