Store manager Colin was an absolute delight to have help us with our search. Went above and beyond. And was great with the kids. Plenty of patience. Especially when I had to run about the shop chasing a wild 1 year old .

Sale rep was excellent, took time and explained all about products, found what we were looking for and price fantastic, would go back to dreams if looking for anything else.

On arrival we were greeted with a hello from Zzzzzzz, then were left to look around for a time. ZZZZZZ, having given us time, then approached and asked if she could help. I much prefer this than being instantly assisted/ badgered, as we had been, in several shops we had already been in. Zzzzz then proceeded in an informative and professional manner which played a big part in the reason we made the purchase. The other reason for the purchase was the product we required was on the shop floor and we were able to physically test it. We also enjoyed using the body scanner. Over all Zzzzzz's sales style, the right product with a bit of fun thrown in resulted in us making the purchase.

The manager who helped us find our bed was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. We had our wee boy with us and he was great with him. Very impressed with the machine that helped pick out the right mattress for us.
