The store manager who dealt with us was great. Informative and friendly

We were assisted in our purchase by the store manager Colin, he was extremely friendly and informative, he listened to us and gave us a number of options, he was not pushy, which we hate and this made me want to make a purchase

Stephanie approached us to enquire if we needed any assistance but at that point none was required as we were looking but when we required assistance she was readily available, knowledgeable and extremely helpful

Stacey, our sales assistant was so lovely. Very friendly. Explained all the different mattresses to us to ensure we made the right choice. Very informative. Would definitely recommend the cumbernauld store.

the member of staff who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and courteous. His name is Colin, and we were in the Cumbernauld branch, he even made us tea and coffee with biscuits. Absolutely great experience, will highly recommend to others.

Went in met by the the friendly staff said what I was looking for took me straight there looked then made my choice paid picked up that night and while there bought another mattres very helpful

The overall visit to your store was very satisfactory we were given time to choose .tried the bed machine it gave us he right bed type to go for the assistant was very helpfully took his time explaining all the beds we tried as we were looking for a new mattress and we came away very happy with our new mattress
