The lady assistant which we found out later was new to the job and being so new was very polite helpful and knowledgeable we were very happy this is our second bed we have purchased from dreams and don’t see any reason for not buying a third .

I was attended very soon after entering the store. The salesman, Colin, was friendly and professional and was able to assist me immediately (I had seen an offer on line and drove 30 minutes to the store to view the item). I needed advice in choosing a mattress and Colin showed me a variety of options from budget to luxury but I never felt pressured at all. My order was processed, suitable delivery date arranged and a payment taken with 20 minutes - exactly what I had hoped for as I had my young children with me. Colin explained every step of the buying and payment process and made sure that I understood and agreed with it before confirming my order. Very good service again (I am a returning customer owing to the high standard of service received during my last purchase)

The ability to analyse the most suitable bed was excellent, Eric was very helpful and led us through the process. We had not intended to maker the purchase on the day, but we found the ideal mattress and the opportunity was too good to pass up.

Recently my mum bought a matress my husband bought a matress so no reason to go anywhere else for my bed base

The sales assistant (Eric) was not only knowledgeable he was quite frank about how and why we should consider one mattress compared with another without talking down to us or being pushy. We were given every opportunity to test the beds suggested by the test we undertook on the machine and as a result we selected the one we felt was right for us. Afterwards we both felt at ease with our decisions hence why we would recommend to anyone who has any doubts and to people in our age group (70's) in particular to make use of the latest technology
