All staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The manager who dealt with our purchase was extremely helpful and his advice was of considerable assistance in choosing what items to purchase.

Eric the seller was very kind and offer us tea/coffee.. explains the different of matteress... explain the prices and materials of matteress... took about half an hours with us (customers who are profoundly deaf) he was very understanding and clearly lipreading with us... we were very satifiy with him...

We were offered coffee by Eric but had another appointment therefore declined Our order was then processed in a speedy and helpful manner and we were Highly Satisfied.

I didn't feel like the staff were overbearing, we were able to look around and make decisions. When we needed assistance it didn't take more than a nod. Your staff helped us narrow down choices we had to perfectly suit what we wanted. His knowledge was brilliant and was able to make suggestions on other products for comparison, to ensure we made the right choices.

I visited the store with my mum Irene Jones who has just been diagnosed with Dementia. Stacey who serviced us in Cumbernauld was very understanding and chatted to mum even when mum was a bit confused about getting her new bed. It was with Stacey's professional help that we made a purchase. Stacey made our visit very comfortable given I wasn't looking forward to the shopping trip. Well done Stacey.
