The sales advisor (Eric) was friendly and welcoming from the minute I walked through the door. After a quick chat about what I was looking for, he showed me a full range of mattresses and made sure I tested each one properly. He then narrowed down what was available in my price range and made sure that I had definitely selected a mattress I was happy with. He then took me step-by-step through the fabric/colour choice of the base and the same again for the headboard. The team all got involved, making coffee, offering biscuits and generally chatting to us. Eric was more than happy to show me other items for sale that crept into the conversation also.

As l walked to the store the sales assistant Eric greeted me and my partner with a genuine smile and welcomed us to the store and offered his help straight away. He was very patient with me as l was undecided at first of the products to choose from . He took his time showing me other alternatives of the mattresses until l came to a decision . If it wasn't for his help and patience , l think l would have gone home without purchasing the bed. I give praise to him he is a great sales assistant.

My girlfriend and I were greeted by a lovely member of staff called Stacey (with red hair) who offered us great advice on all products that caught our eye and we were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a cup of tea or coffee! Stacey couldn't have been nicer and made us feel like she was a good friend. Also will say the process was fast and painless and we are now the proud owners of a brand new bed. All thanks to how much at ease she made us feel as we were a bit apprehensive and unsure of what suited us the best. Would highly recommended this young woman a managers position of some sort as she is an absolute credit to Dreams.

From entering the shop in Cumbernauld, we were greeted by a friendly staff members who spent plenty of time with us explaining the different products and his advice was great. We left the store feeling valued customers and with the best product suited for us. Well happy.

There was a really good selection of beds but I wanted a specific colour and style which was available. The gentleman who assisted us was great in terms of his professionalism due to his knowledge particularly in terms of mattresses which we had no idea of what to buy.
