Caitlin, the sales assistant was gave us a warm welcome and made our visit very relaxed. She knew all about the products she was selling and did it in a very friendly manner. She offered us a cup of tea while she did the paper work

Sales didn't haste us, just gave us time to look around, and when we did have questions, was very helpful, knowledgable and freiendly.

We were left to look around the store and not pesteted by sales assistants as previously experienced in a competitive store.
