We were given the freedom to browse but also greeted and made to feel welcome. Information was given as needed and we were not overloaded with information or pushed towards certain products. We were offered refreshments and the staff were very accommodating of our toddler talking to her and providing her with water too.

The sales person listened to our requested and then showed us the options available to suit our budget.

Caroline and Colin made a huge difference when I was enquiringly about the beds, very patient and knowledgeable. Your staff made the difference and the reason for the purchase as the prices for beds were similar in other stores. The customer experience and journey does sell and the team in cumbernauld are a credit to Dreams.

The lady in store was very helpfully she was able to discuss our needs and help as decide what was best for our sons 1st single bed then we left his dinosaur by accident she called my mobile to say we left Rex behind so we could go back and collect my little boy was so upset and as we had been to a few shops we couldn’t remember where we lost him brilliant customer service 😀

The products were first class and being able to try out the various options was most helpful. Also liked the fact that I was able to try out pillows. The Store was well laid out and bright. The Assistant, Caroline was very knowledgeable and most helpful and made the whole shopping experience a pleasure.

the assistant came over to see if we needed help and explained the different types of mattresses and was very helpful.
