I was highly satisfied because the staff were very helpful and friendly they explained the difference between the beds and mattresses we were looking at and they answered any questions we asked with satisfactory answers.

Colin was very helpful and provided me with very honest opinions which helped me in coming to my final decision of the products I purchased. He was not pushy, gave me plenty of space and time to have a look on my own and was always prepared to provide assistance when required. He helped me find the best deal for my needs and worked within my budget with me. I am definitely satisfied with my experience.

The assistant helping us was called Stacey. She was friendly, informative and knowledgeable but not over powering.

Caroline greeted us immediately we entered the store. She spent a lot of time with us and had great product knowledge. She was able to deal with a couple of other customers with ease and a smile. My mum also made a purchase and was delighted. The man was nice too and we got a cup of tea which was perfect!

I was given advice and much help during my time in the store. I was also not rushed to make a decision. I was there with my daughter and her husband, we all were given a cup of tea, which was much appreciated. My daughter and her husband have just returned to the store to buy a mattress for themselves.
