The sales person immediately offered a cup of tea or coffee. Was not at all pushy and he seemed to go out of his way to help. Nothing seemwd like too much trouble. He also chatted about other things apart from the sale of a bed which was rather pleasant and relaxing.

The manager was very professional lovely lady made everything clear and precise no hard sell which makes such a difference .

I loved the variety of beds they had but also the fact I wasn’t followed around the store. I liked being left to look at options and comfortable to ask any questions I had! When I did ask questions they were answered clearly which was. Placing my order was quick to can’t wait for my delivery this Friday! :-) will definately use again.

Shop assistant was very friendly and informative without being too pushy and dealt with our order very well. She also answered any queries we had to our satisfaction.

Very great experience. Layout of store was immaculate and well presented. Really enjoyed the wide range of items and the colour coded system is very clever and helpful. Was served by Elizabeth who from entering the store was immediate with her service and was very friendly and welcoming. She provided high level of customer service and made us feel confident during purchase

Very helpful and knowledgable staff

Staff courteous and knowledgeable - even though the exact mattress was not in store, they were able to provide full information regarding, and demonstrated similar products. Managed to get exactly what I was looking for, and more, for a price less than initially quoted.
