Needs better breakfast and needs and other elevator it takes forever

My visit at Themis location in San Antonio Texas was terrible! My mother in law and myself were visiting my husband for his graduation from Air Force basic training! We first arrived and the young lady with red hair at the front desk was very rude and was on the phone when we checked in. She gave us a key to a room where the was already a guest and we saw him in just his boxers. When we politely told the same red head what happened she responded with "oh ok". No apology no sympathy nothing! From then on it was down hill. Room service did not replenish our towels twice! They did not take out or trash which was over flowing and everyday our key cards would stop working. After the 5th key card, we went to the front desk and the same red head girl told me it was my fault because I had it in my wallet! I was so upset! Never once tried to accommodate us or even apologize! We also got a room that had no heat and it was 45 degrees that night and had to move our room at 11pm! I had to wake my 2 year old son and move rooms! So please do not go to this location! They are very rude and incompetent!
