I've been a loyalty program member for almost 20 years I inadvertently forgot to update my profile with my new credit card expiration date over six months ago nevertheless I have travel weekly for the past six months with no issues the holiday in express in Lynchburg however chose to cancel my room. Claimed they tried to call me but no missed calls. They oversold and I arrived at 8pm with no room. More importantly they had an attitude and loud talked me in front of others. I am resolved to never stay at that location again!!
