Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago - Schaumburg

Kitchen counter had food residue on it when I arrived. I had to clean not before I would even set something down on it. One sheer on a window is torn. Lots of fingerprints on doors and light switches. I'm surprised a Hilton property is in such bad condition.
