Everything was great, sheets were super soft, breakfast was good. Only disappointment was the quality of food at the manager's reception. Had to pass on that.

Valet never answered the phone.

Took 30 minutes to check in. They could t attach my rewards profile to my room. I could not access the Internet until I involved the Diamond Help Desk, not a pleasant stay
