It was my seconded time staying at the Hilton Garden in Bricktown and I must say I very much enjoyed my self. Loved the beds and that there was a microwave and place to Keep our drinks cold. Great view of the ball park. Over all a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The front desk manager was really nice and accommodating. She put in a request to change out the feather pillows because we are allergic to down and they came to do it but replaced them with more down pillows so we ended up having to go buy our own pillows and had bad allergies and asthma the next day from the pillows that were left in the room. At the pool there were no towels and we all had to request them about 4 times and they brought them about 45 minutes later, and the hot tub was full of little kids jumping on us. The next day the manager was very accommodating and apologetic (she was the same person that checked us in, problems occurred after she left). She compensated us for the in convenience which we appreciated. We will try it again most likely because of that.
