Hyatt Regency McCormick Place

Staff was great, the hotel was actually pretty noisy though. There were quiet hours that were not adhered to by screaming kids constantly in the hallways but that's not on the hotel. However, the person in the next room decided to shower at 1am and it was so loud that it woke both of us. We honestly though something was leaking in our bathroom. Just incredibly noisy pipes. Probably won't stay at this location again.

I came here for a school function. I wish there was a shuttle and a continental breakfast, and the pool is not what I would expect for such a nice hotel. Microwaves in the rooms would be amazing as we are here for 7 days with a toddler and are limited in what we can feed her. The showers are amazing, the beds are comfortable, and the facility is beautiful and well kept. Every staff member we have encountered has been very helpful and hospitable.

It is a very nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay. I was disappointed in the fact that you had to pay for wifi and also there was no drinks other than the 4.50 bottles of water in the room.
