Trying to get coffee, there was only 2 people in front of me but it took about 20-30 mins to ft just coffee. And the coffee that I ordered tastes nothing like it was supposed. The staff was pretty rude about it. After I told them that the coffee was bad they just told me that's how we make it. I threw it in the trash.

Floors by drink area were way too sticky

Overall food is awful. Bathrooms used to be clean.

They don't take coins, most of the machines were broke

I say winstar is cursed. We never have luck (I'm sure they need to add on more hotel rooms or something) but the food is great! Khan's fire grill is my favorite. We also are at the buffet and it was very good. The matador is great too. The terrace cafe is way overpriced for the freezer food they give you. I'd rather just buy my own at the grocery store freezer section. Staff is very nice as well. The hotel is great!

Room bedding didn't look clean, towels were not soft.
