Had free tickets for the buffet. Lots of fun but smells bad from all the smoke.

Went to winstar alot of the machines were not working properly, some of the staff was rude, my mother mother was walking through the casino and two staff members was walking in the opposite direction and bump right into my mom. The lady didn't say anything to my mom. She could have said something! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
