The beverage areas were a mess and short on supplies. No ice. No cups.

Food quality is very disappointing. El finix is the only decent restaurant. Poor quality and very unfriendly staff. Long lines for change machines. Restroom are usually clean.

The Winstar is a good casino but the buffet is absolutely terrible. Nothing is ever fresh and there is such a little variety of food. Probably one of the worst buffets I've ever been to. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The only problem I had in the room was a constant knocking sound that was coming from the pipes. Other than that it was an great stay.

We always have fun especially when we win but the beverage areas could use work. Ran out of ice and all of them were sticky.

We try to go a couple times a year. Took a couple of hundred dollars to play slots with. Usually break even or win a little. This time no wins. Had a good time though we will be back.
