disney world is better

I'm an annual passholder and I go to Disneyland often but this time was very disappointed because we got stuck in 3 rides!!! 1buzz for over 20 min, second was its a small world for only like 5 min, and again when we went to buzz for like 7/8minutes.... The cast on its a small world yelled at my son! I really didn't appreciate that!! I was furious, but had to hold my self because it is a family oriented business and I just don't know what words would of came out my mouth so I just decided to hold it in.... But then on the other hand I love the 9:00pm parade and firework show at 9:30 it is the best of the best!! I enjoy it everytime I go ;)

Dissatisfied with closed attractions/rides. Had a bad experience with food prep

Everything is so overly priced, even after charging over $100 for admission, they then need to charge you $5 for a soda and $20 meals

Not fascinating

Way too expensive take a family there. Especially in this economy.

the staff can be rude

Highly upset we were blacked out for the 24 hour diamond celebration. We pay over $1000 between my husband and I and I feel that an important day as this we should be allowed to be there.

I wish I hadn't gone during a spring break day. The crowds were heavy and awkward. Thankfully none of the lines were too long, but some of the estimated line prediction times were grossly off (example: autopia said 5 minutes, took 15) I went with a friend who has a functioning handicap. He was shot in the leg during deployment and can walk without assistance but does suffer pain after prolonged standing. I understand that there has been handicap fraud but just renting a wheelchair doesn't guarantee a handicap, either. He was denied accessibility even with legal documentation simply because he elected to not use a wheelchair.
