Staff wasn't very knowledgable about where things were. Other than that, staff was wonderful as usual!

This visit so sooooooo disappointing. I'm so mad I spend $250 on tickets!!! There was so many people and the rides were all down. We encountered several rude cast members. I hate how the new system makes it so u have to buy a dinner package to get seating in the front at fantasmic. A big dissapointment
