I visited the park for NYE and while I was extremely excited of receiving the year at the happiest place on earth my friends and I walked out very disappointed. The show for the NYE was very weak, I wad prepared for the amount of people, you know the crowds and not being able to ride any attractions right away but the performers were very weak, the countdown sucked no one even knew it was happening Bc there was no big screen counting down they actually removed it before it. The sound through out the performances was or low quality and the music very outdated. While I will visit Disneyland any other time of the year I will never be visiting it for nye again.

I was very disappointed in the several Cast Members. The first one is Erick at California Adventure who told us to sit down during the Dance the Magic dancers performance. That we could not stand up to take video of our daughter as she passed us because those behind us could not see. There was NO one behind us but a wall. He stated he DIDNT care who was dancing, sit down! Second were the Cast Members on the Space a Mountain ride on Sunday at 1:30. They took my 8 year old son and my 12 year old daughter off the ride in the last when as part of a Training exercise. Then set me, my wife and brother in law off I. The rude with no explanation. Needless to say they got lost because they exited a different way. Third there was a trash can that was overflowing in the que area of Haunted Mansion on Saturday evening at 5:10. Messy!

TOO MANY PARADES. Too crowded inside and then they try to maneuver people thru areas too small and make areas "one-ways" and so one week it's one direction and the next it's another. Cast members are rude and act like they hate their jobs. I know so many people who don't go because of these problems
