too crowded and staff is rude

there are several staff members that are rude

We were there with 2 year old daughter and 1 month infant. First they need more benches and the facilities with mist. Compare to Europa park in Germany- this Disneyland is so outdated. I need to nurse, wanted to sit down, but limited benches were all occupied with no shades. Very disappointed!

Place is so unorganized. This place is so bad, food quality is horrible.

I am a Southern California resident. I have had a pass for the last 3 years. I went to Disneyland with 1 friend from out of town, and another that had not been in over 10 years. I was very upset when I was told block out passes are no longer sold, forcing me to buy a 1 day park hopper. I ended up spending much more than I budgeted on tickets instead of souvenirs. This troubles me and makes me reconsider whether I will renew my pass or not. What's the point?? This policy is not a good idea, if you want people to come back I urge you to change this.

Too crowded

The pizza I bought was $36, and was disgusting. It was undercooked and barley warm. Quality was super poor for Disneyland. Big fail!! Several of the main rides were shutdown.
