Pictures online look very different than the actual place. And the room I got was dirty

The housekeeping came to clean our rooms before checkout time and were rude when we said we were still here.

Looks like it could use an update. Just little things

Rooms are dingy and need remodeling.

sucked we asked for sheets for are room the first night and at checkout on r third night we still didnt receive them the have bad service

They need better customer service

ve picturesour suite was horrible. the room was never cleaned. hair on toilet seat candy all over the floor bugs in the sink and on the floor. got a new room already chewed gum stuck to an end table used shampoo sitting g on the shower curtain rack broken toilet seat. I donh
