Large clean facility. There was just enough staff to manage the crowd, but not enough to provide any substantive customer service.

The show was amazing and we all had a great time. I just felt the amount for souvenirs was ridiculous. We have been to more than one event there and bought all the extras but did not this time. $32 for a light up toy is ridiculously insane and we did not get one!

The floor were we were sitting was so sticky all over...the seats were so high that you really could not even see...there should have been some BIG screens at least to watch...and it was so steep you felt like you were going to fall. The large drinks were $8.00 a piece...way to expensive...??????and it was very hard to even hear...spent $300.00 to see Disney Frozen on Ice and was so much money to be so disappointed.

Concession food is awful. Staff in concessions are not trained well and don't appear clean. They are chaos. Whomever is responsible for the traffic control should be fired. I understand there is a lot of construction going on around the AAC, but I don't even have experience and could do it better. I know Mark Cuban gets there early and leaves late and does not experience the traffic, but if he did, I know he would be disappointed in the experience. Same goes for the concessions.
