Parking suck nothing available missed 30 mins of game dealing with parking. Parking attendant was very rude.

The food service was slow. Missed most of the 1st quarter of the game. Was not impressed with the Jack Daniels bar at all. The drinks had very little alcohol in them.

I sat in the Platinum section of the AAC. Service by the wait staff in my section was inconsistent. There was not a supervisor available to have my concerns addressed. It's unfortunate, very nice facility, great venue to watch events, poor quality food, and little to no service in a section that supposedly is paying for service, twice.
