Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa

Food very inconsistent . Very hard to find staff in spa at second floor. Not enough places in spa to lay around. Shower water was either freezing or too hot in spa

They need to have feather-free bedding for people that are allergic. I asked for feather-free pillows and blanket. I received the pillows but they didn't have feather-free blankets.

Had to pick up a client at the hotel. The concierge was rude but the atmosphere was nice.
