Nice hotel. Wanted a king size bed but kept being offered a free upgrade to ocean view which is fine but the queen bed was super small.

Beautiful hotel but odd nobody was in the water.... This was because it wasn't heated and freezing! Ridiculous, this is not a motel 6 but a Hyatt. One jacuzzi with lukewarm water by the kiddy pool, really? However beautiful and nice, those are the two reasons I'll look for another hotel next time.
