Hyatt Regency Cincinnati

I choose Hyatt's whenever I travel. Always have excellent service.

Housekeeping was on our floor a few doors down. She was super friendly and we said we will just grab some things and leave for awhile so the room would be free. We came back 4 hours later and our room was not cleaned, then 30 minutes later housekeeping knocked and asked if we needed our room cleaned. I said no thank you now even though we could have used our trash emptied. I know things come up but she was only a room or two away earlier. Just frustrating. But we like this hotel over others and I like earning my points so we will stay here again.

Stayed because of a region meetings

Good Hotel, it wasn't very clean.

Hotel lobby is nice & clean, but rooms lacked cleaning. Dust on furniture, beds poorly made, dirty sink/bath. Expected more cleanliness in room for a 4-star hotel. Great location in downtown Cincinnati!

The vent in the shower was very dusty and gross. It needs to be cleaned frequently.
