Disappointed that the platinum welcome gift (food or beverage card that stated also included Starbucks in the hotel) was declined when I ordered Starbucks. The girl said, "I'm sorry, that's only for drip coffee". I'm confident that the card didn't specify only "drip coffee". As a platinum member, I would think that the card would be honored since it stayed "Starbucks" as an option

Air conditioner wasn't working in my room. Had to be services. They forgot face cloths when cleaning.
