the trash in the too was not taken out. the manager was very rude. not enough towels or pillows in the room. and the pool closed too early

Scheduled two meetings on two different days with a start time of 8am. First day was up and ready to go. Second day, room was not set up and manager I arranged meeting with told me I said 9am, which I know I didn't. It was set up correct and on time the first day. She blamed it on me.
