Overnight employees decided that they should not go room to room when a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Regardless of whether you are "pretty sure" it's nothing or not, the safety of your customers should be a high priority. It then took the prompting of hotel guests for the employee to call the fire department (not only to ensure the safety of the hotel but to turn the alarm off). Ridiculous.
