I am glad to see more new games but some in the non smoking area would be nice.

Bought a concert package, which I frequently do...they messed the seats up and put us and two other couples at two different tables not even close to each other. I also had to cancel the room stay as I'm in law enforcement and was mandated to work...the desk told me there were multiple empty rooms so my one room wouldn't have been sold yet I wasn't refunded the money for the room. As much as I spend there and as often as I'm there you would think they could accommodate me once.

The payouts on machines are tight compared to other places.

We went to the buffet, however after we paid and seated we were told there were no high chairs available even though we told them we needed two before we paid. We ended up leaving without enjoying the buffet because we didn't have an option to put our child who is less then a year old somewhere while we ate. Very disappointed

Ventilation and the cigarette and cigar smoke plays factor in me gambling. There are no table games in a non smoking section.

It sucks one of the worse casinos ever

The casino does not pay out at all, rooms are great, service and staff personnel are terrible, bathroom sensors suck

One of the worst payout casinos in the nation. If you go and gamble be prepared to lose. The house usually wins about 85% of the time
