SpringHill Suites, Chattanooga Downtown/Cameron Harbor

Oh my! Best place we have stayed in awhile. Room was very nice. Neat location on the river. Would have been great to do more at the great outdoor area but it was a little cool. People were very nice. Over the top staff. Convenient location close to the convention center. What more can I say! Looks like the whole area is being redeveloped.

We came to celebrate a friend's birthday. The decor was so modern and clean. We got a great deal on our room. And the staff- especially Daniel and Joey- were super helpful and courteous.

Advertised view overlooking Tennessee River but did not afford well-described view

Extremely helpful staff. Goes beyond what's necessary to make sure we're comfortable and well-fed.

Usually we love this hotel but this time the hotel front desk said they linked our reservations (one night was under my name and one under my husband's) at check in but we found out they didn't when the manager came knocking the next day to find out why we hadn't checked out yet. The phone rang for no reason Sunday morning waking us up after we finally made it back to sleep after being woken up early from young children running up and down the hallways. Housekeeping failed to make the beds on Sunday they just left towels and soap / shampoo. On Saturday night we only had two shampoos and no conditioner. Finally, when we called downstairs Sunday night for foam pillows (because my profile request for them on Saturday night had not been met and we woke up with allergies Sunday), the front desk person was less than thrilled with my request.
