Valet service was a problem. He forgot to pull my key so I waited and waited and waited. When I went back up to him, he did not apologize for his mistake.

The snack bar area was very disorganized. I took to long to get our beverages.

Got a tour! Gorgeous complex. Saw Attic Rep's Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf?. Was surprised to see a synopsis of the play in the program. Did the director think we wouldn't be able to figure out the play ourselves? That's kinda insulting to the audience. Albee would hate that.

Promoted music of "west side story" but it was only about 1/5 of the program, a little disappointed about that.

purchased tickets to a concert to surprise my mother...anticipating a wonderful evening out with my mother was quickly brought to disappointment upon arriving at the Tobin Center oy to be greeted by the valet to enlighten us that the concert was cancelled. Although my money was credited back to my accout it was less than convenient to drive 40 miles in the pouring rain to be disappointed. Your customer service needs to be updated on notifying patrons when such issues arise.

Beautiful venue...staff was really uptight. They said we couldn't put our feet up on the rails, ok no problem. God forbid you put your arms on it...they'll be fast to jump on you. Also a guy was enjoying the concert with no one in any seats next to him and the venue staff made him sit down...
