Too many drunk people throwing up

It was our first time there so we were trying to figure some things out. Like the policy on chairs. Our chairs have really short legs but the website said stadium seats only allowed on the grass. We left them In he car but then decided to go back to get them after seeing a few people with the same type. No one working the parking lot knew if they would be ok or not. A better explanation on the website could've saved us a lot of time. We parked in the premium lot and then stood in the wrong line waiting for doors to open because there are NO SIGNS to direct people to the premium lot line. Again, frustrating and unnecessary. In spite of no smoking signs in the amphitheater, people were smoking. A lot. And the food is expensive! And finally, nobody's fault but still disappointing, the person we came to see, Allison Krauss, sang two songs and then said her voice was gone. Her band played and they were great, but no more Allison. The setting is beautiful but we probably won't be back. Too many negatives.
