Allstate Arena

Parking was horrendous and a bit disorganized as far as exiting the facility. We sat for literally an hour in the parking lot. Because of this, I would seriously reconsider coming to an event here again.

Older venue in need of MAJOR updating (or razing.)

Cheese pizza was awful. Took one bite and spit it out

It's clean but small. Needs to be remodeled and renovated. Looks old but ok.

I was having an illegal break dance competition in the parking lot

We got there and with is snowing they should have plowed better but this didn't do a good enough job. We had the water up to out ankle

the staff at Allstate Arena were very rude. in the second OT period my fiance and wanted a better view so we moved to the front of our section. now the entire arena was probably only 3% full and we didn't pass anyone or get in front of anyone to get to the front of our section. one of the attendants told us we had to move. when we asked why he said because of the difference in price. no one was going to buy those seats during the second overtime. it really soured the entire evening for us. I don't want to return again because of that man. I he was also telling people to sit down at their seats during the last few minutes of the game.

The food is brutal.

The 200's sections are really strange and hard to navigate because they are not connected. Really long wait time for concessions. Had two workers to fill everyone's orders. Missed ten minutes of the game because the line took thirty minutes. Then was told that they had no salt. Not happy. Will pick united center for events that are at both venues.

I think the prices of beverages there are outrageously high. The ticket for our concert was cheaper then 2 drinks. If you want people to come back here you need to be more reasonable with the cost of things. It was legitimately insane.
