They charged me three times at the sourdough cafe for the same transaction. When I brought it to the attention of the manager she not only didn't care but said that my bank would drop the charges. Like, how would she know? She should have at the very least apologized

The first night we were put in a dirty disgusting old smoking room with one bed, and our reservation was for a two bed non smoking upgraded room. They did nothing to help us until late afternoon the next day. Not happy! Didn't even offer is a free meal our any kind of compensation !! Terrible.
