Lost a lot but had good food

We were at a charity event in the ballroom. I love coming to events there. Unfortunately, last night they served all but about 3 of the 28 tables their food and then stopped for about 20 minutes. They left the food sit out the entire time, then served us cold food. When you are paying $125 a person, I think that should not happen.

Went to the bar for dinner they got my food wrong twice. Do I just at want they made it wasn't what I ordered
