Obviously outdated exhibits, faded pictures, old design, "temporarily removed items" since 2007, smells old. Needs some serious updating.

Horrible, the people who worked at the food court (mcdonalds) were rude and my tour guide was very boring and was just not interesting. I am not sure I will be going there again. Just to have McDonalds for your food, and for a smithsonian I expected better.

Old, crowded, tour was awful
