The ushers were very rude.

Cold...needs repairs for steps

One direction concert. Should have had bigger signs for people that needed wristbands for floor seats. Was in line for 10 mind only to be told we had to wait in line for wrist bands or another 20 minutes

Went to a concert, couldn't hear a thing. The mix in the room was awful.

Took 30 minutes to get through the front door. The security people and the lines were very unorganized.

The drinks are 5 dollars?!??

Poor planning by event coordinators coupled with rude Alamodome staff made it hard to appreciate the concert. The staff was witnessed several times shouting abusively at girls about the sane age as mine, including calling one stupid to her face. I will not allow my daughters to return to events here. We will drive to Dallas or Houston for the next round if shiws
